Yes! Today I finally went below 60 and I'm so motivated right now! The difference between these pics are:
- -4,3 kg
- -7 cm in waist measurement and
- a total of -18 cm for all the body measurements put together
But since the knee injury in July, I don't really have much of a choice. I need to of make the most out of the situation regarding my knee (most likely complete rupture of the ALC [anterior cruciate ligament] and possible injured meniscus). Therefore I need to build more leg muscles to be in the best state before an operation.
Another piece of the puzzle is of course the practice of the 5:2 intermittent fasting.
Next time I post on this topic, it'll be when I've reach my goal - see you in 2-3 kg! ;)
